KINGS CARE LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Kings Paw!

This Lifetime Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Kings Paw (the "Physical Goods").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Kings Paw will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. It will also replace products or parts that have been destroyed or otherwise rendered unusable due to accidental damage that occurred under normal use.

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable.

What will we do to correct problems?

Kings Paw will replace the Product at no charge.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

1) Theft or complete loss of the Physical Goods 
2) Damages occurred as a result of, or after modifying or altering the products in a way that was not intended or designed by the manufacturer or due to water/liquid damage

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Provide pictures of the damage that occurred along with a short description, and we will issue a replacement under the guidelines stated herein!

Warranty duration

Lifetime warranty is considered to last for the duration of the expected product lifetime set by the manufacturer and may vary from product to product. 

Any and all electronic products come with a 1-year lifetime warranty;
Any and all non-electronic products come with a 2-year lifetime warranty;
